FULL FEE: apartments you rent and You Pay The Whole Fee
Fee status is a product of market conditions and market bear-ability, supply and demand and/or landlord's pricing strategy.
Less desirable locations tend to have a greater supply of No Fee apartments than Highly desirably locations. An exception to this, a Landlord in a Low-Demand area could decide not to Pay a Fee and Charge a lower monthly rent. Conversely the Landlord in a High-Demand area could decide to pay fee and charge a higher rent.
Either way, all real estate agents in the Boston area work for a Finder's Fee equal to One Month's Rent
